David Fry

David L. Fry is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of WCI
Communities, Inc. The Amenities Group consists of over 1,500
employees, 18 golf and country clubs, 3 marinas, tennis operations,
and 20 restaurants. In addition to the operations management, the
Group is also responsible for all planning, permitting and
construction of new amenity facilities including golf courses,
clubhouses, marinas, etc.
In addition, Mr. Fry is responsible for the corporate oversight of the
Prudential Florida WCI Realty franchise. From 1995 until 1998, Mr. Fry
was Vice President, Amenities of WCI Communities Limited Partnership.
From 1989 until 1995, Mr. Fry was Golf Operations Director of the
South Seas Resort Company.

Mesa

Regional Vice President |
|
Rei Mesa serves as East Coast Regional Vice President for Prudential
Florida WCI Realty, where he oversees all office administration and
operations for locations throughout Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Dade
counties. An 18-year real estate veteran, Mr. Mesa holds both CRB and
CRS designations and has been a licensed broker since 1984.
Prior to joining Prudential Florida WCI Realty in 1999, he was the owner
and operator of his own company for nine years. During Prudential
Florida WCI's early years, Mesa served as Statewide District Manager.
The burgeoning company's unprecedented growth made it necessary to seat
two regional managers, east and west coast, by 2001.

Sharon Sapp

Director |

Prior to joining Prudential Florida WCI Realty, Sharon was Vice
President of National Business Development for Cornerstone Relocation
Group based in Warren, New Jersey. She served as Vice President of
Relocation for the another national real estate company before joining
Prudential Florida WCI Realty.
With 18+ years of experience in the relocation industry, Sharon is a
Florida licensed broker who holds the Certified Relocation Professional
designation. She been an active member of the Employee Relocation
Council for over 14 years |
